1. Terms of Service
By accessing our web dashboards or communicating with our verified WhatsApp or Telegram bot links, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not align with these conditions, you may terminate your platform interactions at any point.
Account Usage: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and protecting access to your linked device handles. You agree not to use our bot connections to pass spam scripts, malicious inputs, or scrapers.
Limitation of Liability: ChillarFlow is an automated logging utility and conversational assistant. We are not licensed financial planners, legal advisors, wealth managers, or registered banking institutions. All budget summaries, burn-rate metrics, and spending alerts are for personal lifestyle-tracking purposes only. Any financial decisions you execute are done at your own risk.
2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of ChillarFlow, are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that cannot be resolved informally between you and us.
3. User Data Deletion Instructions
ChillarFlow provides a clean, friction-free mechanism for complete account deletion and permanent data purge in alignment with international privacy frameworks.
To terminate your subscription and erase your entire spending history:
- Log in at chillarflow.com/app.
- Navigate to Settings in the dashboard.
- Select the Data Controls section.
- Click Delete Account & Purge Data.
The Hard Reset Guarantee: Once validated, our backend triggers an irreversible process that completely flushes your profile, linked device tokens, and all financial transactions. No residual archives are maintained.
