Any text parsed by our AI assistant—like "222 groceries, paid by joint account" or "swiggy 450". Sending just a raw number like "500" via our Guided Number Wizard is 100% free and never touches your monthly 30-parse cap.
What happens when I hit the free monthly AI parse limit?
Your logging doesn't stop, we just turn off the magic. You can continue recording expenses free using our Guided Number Wizard (just text any raw figure like "750" and tap the native WhatsApp response buttons to choose categories). Text parsing resets next month, or you can upgrade to bypass it.
How safe is my financial data?
Very safe. Your transactions and balances are locked to your account only — no other ChillarFlow user can ever see them. We do not sell your data or show ads. You can delete everything permanently at any time from Settings.
Does my partner need to buy a separate subscription?
No. One Family Flow subscription covers both of you. Both partners can log and view the shared dashboard simultaneously — no extra cost, no separate accounts needed.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Paid plans run on completely flexible rolling terms. Cancel whenever you want, and your workspace reverts cleanly back to the Pocket Flow tier at the end of the billing loop without touching your historical data tracking records.
Is our budget history handled confidentially?
Completely. We never parse text for monetization, show ads, or monitor transactions for consumer loans. If you ever choose to delete your account, your data is completely flushed from our core active database instances instantly.
