We only read what you send us

When you text an expense to the bot, we read just that message — enough to pull out the amount and category. We do not read your other chats, store your conversation history, or use your messages to train AI models.

No access to your private chats

ChillarFlow cannot see your family group chats, photos, or contacts. The bot only activates when you send it a message directly — it is completely silent otherwise.

Your account is yours alone

Your ChillarFlow data is locked to your account. Other users — including ChillarFlow staff — cannot view your transactions or balances. Your partner can only see shared data after you explicitly invite them.

We never sell your data

We do not sell your spending data, show you ads, or share your financial history with anyone. ChillarFlow is funded entirely by subscriptions — your data is never the product.

What this means for you

Deleting your account

Your data is yours to control. Deleting your account from Settings permanently removes your profile, transactions, and linked devices from our database — for good. We don't keep hidden backups to track your behaviour after you leave.

What we don't do

We only work with the data you give us directly. We don't track you across other websites or apps, and we don't use browser fingerprinting or hidden tracking scripts. Your numbers stay inside ChillarFlow.
