Built for the way
real households actually spend.

Six common situations ChillarFlow is built to handle — from a couple pooling rent to a trip split across three currencies.

These are illustrative scenarios describing how the product actually works — not attributed customer testimonials. We'd rather show you exactly what happens than invent a quote from someone who doesn't exist.

Joint household

Two incomes, one shared pool

Both partners text the bot as they spend — one pays the milk vendor by UPI, the other orders dinner on Swiggy. Contributions to the Joint Pool are logged the same way, and the running total plus each partner's share shows up on one dashboard, updated in real time. Nobody has to reconcile anything at month-end.

Separate finances

Visibility without merging money

A couple who keep their own accounts but want to see the full picture: each partner's spending stays theirs, but both can see a combined view of household spending side by side — useful for deciding who covers what next month, without either person handing over banking access.

Solo / freelancer

Keeping client work out of the grocery budget

A freelancer logs "1500 font license" and "450 swiggy" in the same text — ChillarFlow tags one as a business expense and the other as personal, so neither quietly blends into the other. The Financial Health Score and Emergency Fund track the same way a salaried household's would.

Roommates / groups

Splitting rent without the group-chat math

A "Flat Bills" group logs electricity, rent, and the shared Wi-Fi bill, split by whatever ratio the flatmates agree on — even one who hasn't signed up yet can be added as a guest and still gets their own personal balance link. The Balances tab shows exactly who owes whom, simplified to the fewest payments.

Vacation group

A trip across three currencies

Everyone funds their own wallet — cash, a forex card, local currency — instead of pooling money up front. Expenses logged in yen or dirhams convert using the rate that was actually realized when that member exchanged money, not one generic "today's rate" for the whole trip.

Paying off a home loan

Knowing exactly where the EMI stands

A household with a home loan and a car loan sees both on one screen: a live "on track / ahead / behind" standing against the loan's own schedule, a projected debt-free date, and how much of this month's EMI is going to interest versus principal — not just a balance nobody has time to recalculate by hand.
