  1. Navigate to your dashboard at chillarflow.com/app and authenticate.
  2. Open Settings from the navigation menu.
  3. Locate the Data Controls section.
  4. Click Delete Account permanently.

The moment this deletion is validated, an irreversible database call executes. This flushes your user profile, hardware verification tokens, and all transactional metrics linked to your personal or joint vaults. We maintain zero cold-storage backups. Secondary Method: Manual Request

If you encounter issues within the app interface, or prefer a team member to manually remove your data, file a request:
